By accessing our website or purchasing our services (translation, interpretation, relecture, or training), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and BARIKAWORDS LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use our services. BARIKAWORDS LLC provides professional translation, simultaneous/consecutive interpretation, text proofreading, and language training courses. We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver high-accuracy translations within agreed timelines. All deliverables are delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3. Invoicing, Payments, & Fees 3. Facturation, paiements & tarifs

All services require a formal quote and agreement on project parameters. Our billing and payment terms are as follows: Tous les services nécessitent un devis formel. Nos conditions de facturation et de paiement sont les suivantes :

• Standard Billing: Retail and initial projects require 100% payment upfront before project initiation. Established corporate clients may be eligible for Net 15 or Net 30 invoicing terms upon credit evaluation. • Currency: All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) as stated on the invoice. Devise : Tous les tarifs sont indiqués et payables en dollars américains (USD) ou en euros (EUR), comme indiqué sur la facture.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer (ACH / Wire transfer) and major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. Moyens de paiement : Nous acceptons les virements bancaires (ACH / virement international) et les principales cartes de crédit.

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Because we offer customized linguistic services, refunds are managed as follows: Nous nous efforçons d'assurer la satisfaction de nos clients. Les remboursements de nos services personnalisés sont gérés comme suit :

• Translation & Proofreading Services: If you cancel a project before our linguists have initiated work, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount. If cancellation is requested after work has started, you will be billed in proportion to the percentage of text translated, and the remaining balance will be refunded. No refunds are granted once a translation project has been completed and delivered. Services de Traduction & Relecture : Si vous annulez avant le début du travail, vous avez droit à un remboursement de 100%. • Interpretation Services: To cancel a booked live interpreter, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event are non-refundable. • Dispute Resolution: If you believe a translation or service does not meet quality standards, you must notify us in writing within 7 business days of delivery. We will review and provide corrections at no extra charge. Résolution des litiges : Si une traduction ne répond pas aux normes de qualité, signalez-le sous 7 jours. Nous fournirons des corrections sans frais supplémentaires.

5. Intellectual Property & License 5. Propriété Intellectuelle

Upon full receipt of payment, all intellectual property rights to the final translated deliverables are transferred to the Client. BARIKAWORDS LLC retains no rights to client-provided source documents or final translated materials. 6. Limitation of Liability 6. Limitation de Responsabilité

In no event shall BARIKAWORDS LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from errors or delays in translation or interpretation services. Our total cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project in question. En aucun cas BARIKAWORDS LLC ne pourra être tenue responsable des dommages indirects ou consécutifs résultant d'erreurs ou de retards. Notre responsabilité totale est limitée au montant payé pour le projet concerné.

7. Governing Law 7. Loi Applicable

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms must be filed in the courts located in Wyoming.
